The 15th Annual Las Vegas City of Lights Jazz & Rhythm and Blues Festival has attendees coming from all over the United
States and tickets are selling very fast now. We advise Las Vegans to purchase theirs as soon as possible
to guarantee their attendance at the event. VIP Earlybird tickets are directly in front of the stage and
allows you one early admission per ticket to select your area with your own private cash bar and upgraded executive facilities.
VIP Earlybird ticket holders CANNOT SAVE SPACE FOR OTHERS AND YOU MUST HAVE AN OFFICIAL WRISTBAND TO ENTER
INTO THE VIP EARLYBIRD AREA. PLEASE NOTE: VIP EARLYBIRD TICKETS ARE DEFINED AS AN EARLY OPENING FOR TICKET HOLDERS WHO MAY
CLAIM THEIR GROUND FOR THE SATURDAY APRIL 21ST JAZZ FESTIVAL. VIP OPENING IS FROM 11:00 A.M. TO 12:00 NOON. DUE TO THE
POPULARITY OF VIP TICKETS WHICH ALWAYS SELL OUT, WE ADVISE YOU TO PURCHASE YOURS ASAP. ALL PARK SEATING REVERTS TO GENERAL
ADMISSION (GA) BEGINNING AT 1:00 P.M. SO PLEASE BE IN THE VIP SECTION BY 1:00 P.M. THIS WILL GUARANTEE YOUR VIP PRIVILEGES.
ANOTHER WAY TO LOOK AT THIS IS THAT YOU ARE PAYING MORE FOR THE FIRST CHOICE OF SEATING WHICH WILL BE FILLED UP THIS YEAR
WITH VIP TICKETS. WHEN THE GATES COME DOWN AT 1:00 P.M. THERE WILL BE LITTLE TO NO GROUND AVAILABLE FOR PEOPLE WHO COULD SIT
NEXT TO YOU. IN OTHER WORDS, 25 TO 50 PEOPLE ARE GOING TO GET LUCKY BUT YOU ARE GUARANTEEING YOUR PLACE INSIDE THE FESTIVAL
THAT ALSO GIVES YOU VIP PRIVILEGES INCLUSIVE OF YOUR OWN BAR AND EXECUTIVE RESTROOM FACILITIES. VIP WRISTBANDS MUST BE KEPT ON
FOR THE USE OF ALL OF YOUR PRIVILEGES.
General Admission tickets are to the sides of the VIP Earlybird area with a public bar and facilities located at the rear
of the festival site.
HANDICAP ENTRANCE IS LOCATED IN THE FRONT OF THE PARK IN ANOTHER LINE NEAR THE VIP EARLYBIRD GATE. YOU WILL NEED TO
HAVE YOUR A.D.A. IDENTIFICATION TO ENTER.
DO NOT BUY BOOTLEG T-SHIRTS. AN UNDERCOVER SQUAD OF ARRESTING EMPOWERED SECURITY WILL BE THERE TO STOP ANY SELLING OF BOOTLEGGED OR COUNTERFEIT TICKETS. OFFICIAL T-SHIRTS WILL BE SOLD ONLY INSIDE THE PARK.
Box office is located in a motor home in front of the venue gate and will open at
4:30 pm on Friday April 20th and 10:00 am on Saturday April 21st for remaining ticket sales and will call.
Please do not reserve space for others arriving separately. This will not be allowed.
Please carpool to save energy and cut down on traffic. This will help in accommodating everyone
with off-site parking.
Hills Park at Summerlin will open at 11:00 a.m. for VIP Earlybird entrance and 12:00pm for General Admission entrance.
Please do not come early or try to claim your space earlier than your respective ticket permits.
Any blankets and chairs found in the park prior to 11:00 a.m. will be returned to the entrance of the park.
Glass containers are permitted, NO pets, video cameras, or recording devices will be permitted in the park.
ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH PRIOR TO ADMISSION TO THE EVENT. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO PASS-OUTS TO THE EVENT.
PLEASE BRING IN ALL OF YOUR ITEMS UPON INITIAL ENTRY. Items not allowed into the Festival area must be
returned to your vehicle or disposed of prior to your admission. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.
ONLY Small blankets no bigger than for 2 patrons will be allowed, picnic baskets and low back chairs will be admitted.
All highback chairs or patio chairs with high backs that may interfere with others view of the stage will be relocated
to another area regardless of your ticket. ABSOLUTELY NO TENTS PERMITTED. Umbrellas will be ONLY permitted in the back GENERAL
ADMISSION portion of the park as marked. No oversized blankets or groundcovers, umbrellas, tenting or highback chairs will
be allowed in the VIP seating. Chair Seating in the VIP seating area will not be provided. Please be respectful of your
fellow patrons.
VIP EARLYBIRD TICKET HOLDERS WILL BE GIVEN A VIP WRISTBAND AT THE GATES. PLEASE WEAR IT,
AS IT ALLOWS YOU INTO THE VIP SEATING AREA (seating not provided) AND INTO THE VIP BAR AND
EXECUTIVE FACILITIES.
THERE WILL BE NO PASS OUTS OR RE-ENTRY PERMITTED SO PLEASE BRING
IN WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THE DAY UPON YOUR INITIAL ENTRY. PLEASE
REMEMBER THAT THERE IS A COMPLETE JAZZ VILLAGE OFFERING A VARIETY
OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE AND A FULL VIP AND GENERAL ADMISSION BAR.
BBQ's WILL BE ALLOWED ONLY ON THE SAND VOLLEYBALL COURT ON THE WEST END OF THE PARK, OR AT A STATIONARY PARK BBQ NOT
ALREADY RENTED BY A FESTIVAL VENDOR. CITY MARSHALLS WILL BE ENFORCING THIS.
This is an outdoor event with some tree shade so please bring sunscreen and a hat.
We request that you not smoke in ANY seating area and refrain from poor language.
This is an ALL WEATHER EVENT. No ticket refunds or exchanges.
