The 30TH Annual Las Vegas City of Lights Jazz Festival has attendees coming from all over the United
States and tickets are selling very fast now. We advise Las Vegans to purchase theirs as soon as possible
to guarantee their attendance at the event. VIP Early bird tickets is seating of your choice anywhere in the venue, and
allows you one early admission per ticket to select your area with your own private cash bar and upgraded executive facilities.
VIP Early bird ticket holders CANNOT SAVE SPACE FOR OTHERS AND YOU MUST HAVE AN OFFICIAL WRISTBAND TO ENTER EARLY
INTO THE VIP EARLY BIRD AREA. PLEASE NOTE: VIP EARLY BIRD TICKETS ARE DEFINED AS AN EARLY OPENING FOR TICKET HOLDERS WHO MAY CLAIM THEIR GROUND FOR THE JAZZ FESTIVAL. VIP OPENING IS FROM 10 AM TO 12 NOON SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY FROM 11 AM TO 1 PM. DUE TO THE POPULARITY OF VIP TICKETS WHICH ALWAYS SELL OUT, WE ADVISE YOU TO PURCHASE YOURS ASAP. ALL VENUE SEATING REVERTS TO GENERAL ADMISSION (GA) 12 NOON ON SATURDAY AND 1 PM ON SUNDAY. WE WILL GUARANTEE YOUR VIP PRIVILEGES THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND EVENING.
ANOTHER WAY TO LOOK AT THIS IS THAT YOU ARE PAYING MORE FOR THE FIRST CHOICE OF SEATING WHICH WILL BE SOLD OUT AGAIN THIS YEAR.
REMEMBER, GA TICKET HOLDERS ENTER THE VENUE AT 12 NOON SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY AT 1 PM AND CAN SIT WHERE THERE IS AVAILABLE SPACE NOT TAKEN BY A PRESENT PATRON WITH VIP WRISTBAND. VIP WRISTBANDS MUST BE KEPT ON FOR THE USE OF ALL OF YOUR PRIVILEGES AT THE BAR AND THE EXECUTIVE RESTROOMS.
General Admission ticket holders have the use of the public GA bar and GA restroom facilities.
A HANDICAP ENTRANCE WILL BE LOCATED IN THE FRONT OF THE VENUE FOR VIP AND GA RESPECTIVE ENTRANCE TIMES. YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE YOUR ADA IDENTIFICATION TO ENTER. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT HADICAP SEATING IS AVAILABLE ONLY AT A DEIGNATED AREA ON THE CEMENT OVERLOOKING THE FESTIVAL. WE DO NOT FORCE YOU TO SIT THERE, IF YOU WANT TO SAFELY SIT ELSEWHERE, YOU MAY DO SO AS LONG AS YOUR CHAIR IS COMPLIANT FOR THE AREA.
HANDICAP TICKET HOLDERS MAY BE ESCORTED ONLY BY SOMEONE HOLDING THE SAME KIND OF TICKET THAT THE HANDICAPPED PERSON PURCHASED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
BUY TICKETS ONLY FROM AN AUTHORIZED TICKET AGENCY. ALL TICKETS WILL BE VERIFIED AT THE DOOR. ARRESTING EMPOWERED SECURITY WILL BE WATCHING THE PARKING LOT.
DON'T BE A SUCKER AND LOOSE YOUR MONEY!
AND DON'T BUY ANY WRISTBANDS OFF OF THE STREET.
DO NOT BUY BOOTLEG T-SHIRTS. AN UNDERCOVER SQUAD OF ARRESTING EMPOWERED SECURITY WILL BE THERE TO STOP ANY SELLING OF BOOTLEGGED T-SHIRTS. OFFICIAL T-SHIRTS WILL BE SOLD ONLY INSIDE THE PARK.
Box office is located in a motor home in front of the venue gate and will open Saturday at 9 AM and Sunday at 10 AM for all remaining ticket sales and will call.
Please do not reserve space for others arriving separately. This will not be allowed.
Please carpool to save energy and cut down on traffic. This will help in accommodating everyone with off-site parking.
Glass containers are NOT permitted, NO barbeque's, pets, video cameras, or recording devices will be permitted in the venue.
ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH PRIOR TO ADMISSION TO THE EVENT. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO PASS-OUTS TO THE EVENT.
PLEASE BRING IN ALL OF YOUR ITEMS UPON INITIAL ENTRY. Items not allowed into the Festival area must be
returned to your vehicle or disposed of prior to your admission. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.
ONLY Small blankets no bigger than for 2 patrons will be allowed, picnic baskets and low back chairs will be admitted.
All highback chairs or patio chairs with high backs that may interfere with others view of the stage will be relocated
to another area regardless of your ticket. NO TENTS ALLOWED. LIMITED USE OF UMBRELLAS ARE PERMITTED BUT NOT DURING THE TIME OF ARTIST PERFORMANCES AS TO NOT BLOCK ANYONES VIEW. IF SOMEONE ASKS YOU TO TAKE YOUR UMBRELLA DOWN DURING A PERFORMANCE, THEN PLEASE DO SO. Please remember: No oversized blankets or groundcovers, or tenting will be allowed into the festival. All high back chairs must be located further back in the venue as not to block a patrons view. If one of our volunteers requests you move a chair higher than 31" you be required to so or take it down and leave it down. Chair Seating in the VIP seating area will not be provided. Please be respectful of your fellow patrons.
VIP EARLYBIRD TICKET HOLDERS WILL BE GIVEN A VIP WRISTBAND AT THE GATES. PLEASE WEAR IT, AS IT ALLOWS YOU EARLY ENTRANCE AND INTO THE VIP BAR AND EXECUTIVE FACILITIES.
THERE WILL BE NO PASS OUTS OR RE-ENTRY PERMITTED SO PLEASE BRING
IN WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THE DAY UPON YOUR INITIAL ENTRY
INCLUSIVE OF ANY OF YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS
OR ANY DIETARY NEEDS.

THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVEN WITH SOME TREE SHADE SO PLEASE BRING SUN SCREEN AND A HAT.
We request that you not smoke in ANY seating area and refrain from poor language.
This is an ALL WEATHER EVENT. No ticket refunds or exchanges.
Artists appearing may be substituted.
No wagons or carts allowed into the festival
Ice chests are limited to 26" long.
